Saw-cut
Straight cuts on the panel saw leave a matt edge with fine tool marks. Fine for edges that go into a frame, channel or wall.
Included
Cut-to-size · laser and CNC
Send your sizes or a drawing and we cut the sheet in our Ahmedabad workshop, polish the edges you will see, keep the film on and pack each piece so it arrives without a scratch.
Thin, detailed shapes go on the laser. Thick panels, holes and pockets go on the CNC router. Many jobs use both.
Laser cutting
A CO2 laser follows your drawing with a beam narrower than a pencil line. On cast sheet it leaves a glossy edge, so laser-cut letters and display parts are ready to fit as they come off the bed.
CNC routing
A spinning cutter routes thick sheet without the stress a laser can leave in heavy sections. It drills, countersinks and pockets in the same set-up, and the edge is then diamond or flame polished.
The edge is where acrylic shows its quality. Choose the finish for the edges people will see, and save on the ones hidden in a frame.

A diamond cutter skims the edge flat and square, leaving a bright, clear finish. Best for straight edges on display and furniture parts.

A fine hydrogen flame melts the very surface of the edge so it turns glossy. Quick on straight and curved edges, but not for parts that will be bonded.

The laser beam leaves a glassy edge straight from the machine on cast sheet, so letters and shapes usually need no polishing at all.
