01 · Cast
Cast acrylic sheet
Cast sheet is poured between glass plates and cured slowly, so it comes out optically clear, with a hard surface and very little internal stress.
It is the sheet to choose when the job will be laser engraved, solvent bonded, drilled close to the edge or polished to a glassy finish. Thick cast panels are what aquarium and furniture makers ask for.

02 · Extruded
Extruded acrylic sheet
Extruded sheet is pushed through a die in a continuous line, so thickness stays very even from one sheet to the next and the price per sheet is lower.
It bends well on a line heater and thermoforms easily, which suits display stands, lightbox faces, machine guards and secondary glazing. It is softer than cast sheet, so handle it with its film on.

03 · Mirror
Mirror acrylic sheet
Mirror acrylic is a clear sheet with a metallised back and a protective coat, so it reflects like glass at half the weight and without sharp shards if it breaks.
Use it for retail walls, salon stations, children’s rooms, décor panels and laser-cut wall art. It cuts and drills like normal acrylic; fix it with mirror-safe adhesive or screws, never solvent glue on the back.

04 · Coloured
Coloured and frosted acrylic
Coloured cast sheet runs from opal white for lightboxes to solid black, bright colours and smoke or bronze tints. Frosted sheet has a satin finish on one or both faces.
Opal sheet spreads LED light evenly behind a sign face. Frosted sheet gives privacy in partitions and soft-glow lamp shades, and hides fingerprints on counters and cabinet doors.
